Many members of Hovsepyan family have attended the school N 1 in Yerevan named after Shahumyan. The school used to be their second home.

The director of the so called “Second home” Lilia Bagratovna tells about them with great thoughtfulness.

Many of the children are modest, gentle but rather different at the same time. They have different genes. Linda was a very unpredictable girl but with the joined efforts of the school and Larisa, soon she understood how to behave herself. A great work has been done also with Gurgen. Now we are proudly watching to Hrant’s achievements. Larisa’s grandchild goes to that school, too.

These pupils always come to classes very tidy. I know that Larisa suffers from health problems and I’m afraid she will not be able to bring them all up.

The children love their Mother very much. Once I made a mild reprimand by saying” You know Your Mother has poor health” and their eyes became full of tears immediately. Larisa’s children are grateful to her but I think we all should be grateful to her for their destinies.

We assist the family in our own way. Books and also theater tickets are disposed to them for free.
